Tanomadala Declines Offer to Hand Over the Nation to a New UAR, Leading to the Withdrawal of the ASU.

Heyy guys, sorry I haven't updated the website and the youtube channel in a long time. I just came back from a long trip in Europe and I didn't have much time to edit the website or make any new articles. This article will only go over this specific event because I found it the most interesting, but some other cool stuff happened too! Again, sorry for not updating yall.

On the 3rd of July, 2026, Nasser, pharaoh of Rhakotis and chairman of the micronational Arab Socialist Union reached out to president Dave, asking him about the future of the Tanomadalan state. Dave has said before that when he does eventually move out, the micronation will either be dissolved or handed down to a family member. However Nasser proposed a greater deal. The ASU has been branching out into multiple micronations, one of those being Kamic, which subsequent to their leader's withdrawal from the nation, tried to be taken by the ASU. However they were shortly kicked out, and had the nation given to a user known as Xephoria, which Nasser calls a "dumbahh." Nasser's goal has always been to unite the micronationalist world through Arab socialism, and how he planned on doing so was by annexing other microstates to incorperate into a new, greater socialist United Arab Republic. The ASU hopes to get high ranking positions in other micronations through their many branches to eventually annex the state, one of those candidates being Tanomadala.

The offer was originally declined, but a meeting was then setup to discuss the offer more openly towards other Tanomadalan delegates. The meeting would be delayed many times, but then was eventually hosted by Nasser on the 7th of July, 2026. Tanomadala was represented by users realsammy, president of Multichat, BelmontReal, notkarrus, the monarch of Kaleno and most prominently, Dave. The meeting ended with another no, with Dave saying quote, "we will remain sovereign or die sovereign."

The original group chat that hosted the meeting would soon be deleted afterwards. Nasser said that "I really do not remember that meeting in a positive light," calling his presentation botched and ill prepared. Later on the 8th of July, Nasser annouced the ASU's withdrawal from Tanomadala on the party's official discord server. "We have come here to make advancements, we have come here to push the front forward" he said. The next day, on the 9th of July, 8:28am (UTC+7), the ASU officially left Tanomadala in persuit of other more beneficial micronations. as well to focus more on their branches in other nations, especially Celestria.
